(NaturalNews) 2009 has been a crazy year for health and medicine. It was the year that Congress rammed through a mandatory health “reform” bill that violates the U.S. Constitution in forcing all Americans to buy government-mandated products and services from greedy corporations. Although it hasn’t been signed into law yet, the very fact that it has been passed by both the House and the Senate is alarming: America is just one signature away from becoming a medical dictatorship. But that’s not the only big health news that happened in 2009. In all, 2009 was a year of corruption, scientific fraud and health freedom oppression. Here are some of the highlights:The FDAThe FDA was hit hard in 2009 was accusations of corruption and criminal behavior. In January, the FDA’s own scientists accused man…

You are like a different person – a completely different person. You are the son I lost years ago.” I sat quietly watching The Weather Channel waiting on my medications to take effect. Dad was very, very late tonight and it was almost midnight. I…

“What are the requirements for transforming a book or movie into a cult object?” Mr. Eco asked. “The work must be loved, obviously, but this is not enough. It must provide a completely furnished world so that its fans can quote characters and episodes as if they were aspects of the fan’s private sectarian world, a w…

I mentioned in an earlier post that I managed to add a DUI to my list of proud life accomplishments. After my husband told me he wanted a separation, I was a basket case. I was driving around the neighborhood at 7:00am looking at town homes and apartment complexes, working myself into a blubbering mess.I decided that a few beers would make the pain go away and purchased a six pack from a grocery store. I was down to beer number 5 when I was pulled over for stopping in the middle of the street, trying to figure out where I was. So, long story short . . .the officer immediately smelled the beer. I fessed up, told him what was going on and broke down in his arms. He felt bad for me (thank god!) . . .so much so that he just tossed the pipe and bud of pot he found in my console.Anyway, a word o…
